Returns and Refunds
At Pedro Ventura, we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Portuguese consumer law. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom-made or hand-engraved pieces, as these are created especially for you.
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you.
Until your returned item reaches our workshop, it remains your responsibility. To ensure its safe return, we recommend using an insured shipping service to protect against damage or loss during transit. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of return. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
